Buyer received the item and never paid
I am the father of the owner of this account, my son is a minor, he is 8 years old, he posted a digital an item on this account on ebay for sale for a 100 dollars, he received an offer for 95 dollars from a buyer uner the account name of pokeking2 on ebay, and my son asked him if he paid and the buyer said yes, my son acted according to his innocent honesty and kindness and believed him, he delivered the item, and found out that he has not received the payment, the buyer stopped responding. My son has slept in his tears because he worked hard for those items, and those 100 dollars meant the world for him. I tried to find a way to contact ebay but It was not successful. I hope I can find some help here.
a buyer under the name pokeking2 made an offer, never paid, but received a digital item. The seller is a minor. The buyer stopped responding. I need this buyer reported and the transaction documented as unpaid and abusive.

Mentor7 months agoSo sorry, but have to tell you that all sellers need to confirm payment first by either receiving the notification of payment from Ebay or going to their selling account on Ebay to check to see if the buyer paid.
This is a hard life lesson for your son.
Ebay members need to be at least 18 years old. You need to cancel his Ebay account.
