buyer received refund and kept item
it seems to be recent scam, disputing charge with credit card and keeping the item. All disputes were found in my favor but ebay is unable to recover charges from buyers credit card company. Buyer says he will send item back but never does. So, buyer has item and refund. Mine is not the only incident like this, check the internet. Whenever i call I am thanked for being a member for 23 years. It means nothing. Is the next step to contact the police?
