Buyer Received Refund AND Item
Buyer filed a claim for item not received (Media Mail), I kept in contact with the seller about my follow up with Post Master. EBay refunded the Buyer and then the item was delivered 2 days later. I advised the buyer that the order was in transit. Since Ebay closed the case, am I able to send an invoice to the buyer for the item that he got?
