Buyer received product but tracking still hasn’t updated
I recently sold an item and shipped it to my buyer. We are located in the same city, Houston, however, due to the recent hurricane the shipping was delayed. The good news - my buyer received his product, a few days late, but in great condition with any issues.
However, USPS tracking still shows that it hasn’t been delivered. My buyer stated, “I tried marking it as delivered on my side but I think they removed that feature on hereâ€, and added, “Let me know if need me to send anything for EBay as proof it arrived on my end I can only mark as still not here.â€
I’ve tried to send in a ticket but haven’t heard anything back from eBay. I’m very inexperienced using eBay and am looking for advice on how to rectify this situation.
