Buyer received part damaged
The buyer told me they received part damaged but told eBay they not received part and they did there is insurance on part what do I do

-Did you ask them to send pictures of the damaged package and item for your records? That is the FIRST thing you do, nothing else, just ask for pictures and wait.
-Did they file an official eBay claim for:
-An "arrived damage" claim which means eBay gives them a return label to send it back so you can refund them (and the No returns accepted setting does not work for this situation)
-A claim that they did not receive their item? If so copy and paste the tracking number from the sold file in to the claim, you are covered at that point
