Buyer received package cut open and empty
Hello, my item is marked as delivered. But the seller just notified me the package arrived cut open and empty. How can I help them? I would like to avoid a refund since as far as I know it was delivered. But I don’t want her to have to pay for air either.

First, you don't know if their claim is true or false. At the end of the day you are the one that will have to refund the Buyer, not eBay and not the carrier.
What kind of money are we talking about here? Have you checked the Buyer's Feedback, perhaps there are clues to their honesty or dishonesty.
Was the "package" a box or a padded envelope or other type of package?

OP7 months agoShe is a repeat customer who I trust. It was a padded envelope left in her locked mailbox that was clearly sliced open.
