Buyer received package but it is flat broken squished
My buyer received her package and it was damaged squished and broken broken like something with heavy

OP2 weeks agoHas anyone ever investigated buyer fraud at eBay? Just asking ? I had an item returned buyers request took 3 weeks and decision made before I received item back, as seller, nothing wrong with it and return shipping cost more then initial shipping to buyer.

Mentor1 month agoDid the buyer open a case of item not as described? If so, you have 3 days to refund this buyer. On the 4th day, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and the refund will be taken from your funds and you will receive a defect on your account. The seller is responsible for packaging properly so this does not happen. You can request photos to present to the USPS for a refund, but they don't always refund. They will say it is up to you to package properly.
