Buyer received items they bought after I had issued a refund.
Back in May I sold a few items that totaled to an amount of more thatn $800 USD. The buyer was international so I sent it via USPS and had added the confirmation of delivery by signature. Well the packaged went on a boat and took forever, and after that the tracking showed that it was stagnant somewhere in Asia. The buyer asked if I could refund them, which I did because it wasn't their fault that this happened, but its a week and a half later and now I get an email that the package has been picked up and signed for by the buyer. What are my options? Is there a way that eBay can reverse the refund or?
