Buyer received item today yet got refund
eBay issued a refund to the person who purchased a tool from me and they receive the item today and got a refund for the item today so they got a free $200 item. The reason for the confusion is that my ad said USPS and I used UPS. I let both of the buyer and eBay know of this over a week ago and they still continue to send me endless messages saying they could not track the item. This morning my money was available ,no longer on hold. Then, as of one or 2 o’clock they take it and the item was just received.
