Buyer received item the day after the refund and refuses to return it
Tracking wasn’t updating for an item it showed it had stopped in the USPS system. I refunded the buyer. As eBay stated I needed to or otherwise I would also have to pay other fees for them doing there job. The next day the package was delivered with a signature receipt. The buyer refused to return the item even though I had already paid a retrieval fee on the package. It was never supposed to be delivered after it set for a few days. USPS was supposed to return the item to the sender.
