A buyer filed a claim with eBay on 2/2/25 as the item sent on 1/6/25 was not received after 14 days. Buyer also opened a lost mail claim with USPS.We fully refunded buyer on 2/6/25 as tracking showed item was lost with USPS. However, the item was then delivered to the Buyer on 3/3/25. We have requested the item be returned to sender, or we would reimburse for shipping. Buyer has not returned item to date. Tried to work with buyer, but he has been unresponsive....
