Mentor2 years agoThe buyer should be reimbursed in full for a damaged item. If you collected the taxes, you should return that as well. If eBay collected the taxes, they will take care of that portion of the refund.
The seller should also pay return shipping if you want the item back. If the buyer has opened an eBay case, it is important to take care of the full refund and not let it be escalated to have eBay take care of it.
If you want the item back, you will provide the label/pay for the return label.
