This is the first time I've had an item that I've shipped arrive to the buyer damaged.It was a beer stien, well packaged, but the delivery service crushed the box and ultimately, the stien as well.Buyer asked if E-Bay gives refunds as a courtesy. I told the buyer to submit a refund request on the e-bay site, and to please return the broken item as well as the original packaging to me so that I could submit my own claim for at least the postage cost I incurred.
