buyer received damaged envelope with coin missing.
Hi, my buyer received the envelope with the coin missing! the envelope was ripped across so the end of the envelope was gone. Royal mail stuck a note on it to say they are sorry for the damage.
I have sent a replacement coin, but I am now at a loss and want to know how to get eBay not to charge me for the initial coin selling fee.
any suggestions?

OP3 years agobecause I am being penalised twice!!!!
once for the cost of the lost/stolen article....and twice for having to pay eBay commission on that misplaced item.
