Buyer received a damaged box
My buyer informed me that the box containing the items she bought was damaged with pieces of glass----broken glass.
She wants a refund.
The item is worth only $5.00 but the postage is worth $29.23.

Mentor2 years agoUnfortunately, you owe the buyer a full refund - you are responsible for the package until delivered. The shipping loss is the risk you run selling a heavy fragile item at such a low price.
Get photos of the box and item, and file a claim at usps.com (assuming it was sent through the mail), and at least get your $5 back.
