Question

Buyer bought Barbie bathing suit ,top and sunglasses. Says thought Barbie doll was included.Total eith shipping $ 18. Requests refund. My profile says sales final what do I do ?

There is a Barbie doll in the listing. The listing does not mention that the doll is not included. Even though you indicate that you do not accept returns, I think because the doll is shown in the listing photo, this Buyer is entitled to a refund.

You could let her know that you need her to return the items she purchased first. She can open an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay and you would need to pay for return shipping, plus give her a full refund when the items come back.

Another option is to purchase a discounted return label from PayPal or Pirateship. She would then need to trust that you'll refund her in full when she returns the items.

I looked at the listing that the buyer purchased from and there was a doll wearing the bathing suit and the other items so since whatever is shown in the photo is expected to be with the item no matter what you say in the description you need to accept the return and make a full refund. If you are just listing doll clothes and accessories then that is all you should show in the photos.
