Buyer reached out and said pkg is being returned to me by USPS

Question

I checked the tracking and USPS said addressee unknown. It was delivered to a theater house.

It is coming back to me and buyer asked if I can resend it to a different address, but misspelled the abbreviation for the state and the zip code he gave is not correct for that address per google maps.

I have not had this happen and not sure what my next steps should be. I have no intention of doing what they asked but want to know how to handle this per eBay standards. Buyer paid for shipping, I don't pay for shipping on my sales.

The easiest way to handle this situation is to refund the Buyer minus any original shipping they paid and then relist the item. If the Buyer is still interested, they can repurchase it once they correct their address on eBay.
