Buyer put wrong address
Hello. I sold something, sent it to the listed address provided by buyer. And after it was delivered buyer says that’s their old address… now they want a refund or for me to get the item back.
not to be rude but I don’t feel like it’s my responsibility to reimburse them for their mess up. And getting the item back I think should be up to them.
ebay auto help was useless and I can’t find anywhere to talk to a real person. Can anyone help me?
