Buyer put holding on package.

Question

I have a buyer that put a hold on the delivery and the item has been at their local post office for three days. I believe I should be paid at this point the item arrived and the customer chose to put a hold on the item.

@bill-4944 Attempted delivery does count as delivered per eBay policy.

I'm not sure that the hold should affect you however since you are a new seller your payout is subject to holds for up to 31 days.

As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your Payout can be frustrating.

However eBay does have fund holds of up to 31 days for new and returning sellers.

Gotcha it just says failed delivery in ready and says funds are on hold until delivered

if u r a new seller, ebay may hold payment to u for up to 30 days to make sure the item is not returned back or that some other problem does not occur.
