Buyer purchased the wrong item.
So I have a buyer who purchased the wrong item. All sales are final but I did tell the buyer as long as I don't have to pay out of pocket id refund them in full. I have not shipped the item . Do I end up taking a hit if I refund them in full?

Mentor3 years agoIf the buyer requested, just cancel with that reason. No , your account will not be hit with a defect or black mark.

·3 years agoIf you haven't shipped, just cancel the order as buyer requested.
You might loose the $0.30 fee.
