Buyer Purchased Laptop, Damaged It & Is Requesting Refund
I sold a perfectly working laptop through ebay. The buyer recieved it in working condition, spent a few hours putting his stuff on it and then claimed it stopped booting up at that point. Now he is requesting a full refund and left negative feedback, even though I have gone above & beyond trying to provide help troubleshooting the issue. I'm not sure what he uploaded onto it but do not feel it is fair to issue a refund when he recieved it in working condition and as described. Any advice on this issue would be appreciated.
