Buyer purchased item to ship instead of pickup

Question

I just had a buyer purchase an item from me but we agreed to meet in person. He did not select the pickup option. How can I resolve this? Without incurring a cancelation fee.

You will have to cancel for an Address Problem (unless buyer actually "asked to cancel" to do the pickup, then use that reason), relist and let buyer pick the right option, or make it the only option. This way buyer gets the QR or pickup code to give you to confirm delivery to preserve you ebay seller protection.
