Buyer purchased item that does not work in their application
a buyer purchased a used item from me and tried to use it in another application that did not work as they expected. Now they are claiming the item is not working properly in their application and wants to return it. Is there anything I can do to avoid a negative review?

Mentor6 months agoYou can accept the return, pay for return shipping, and once you receive the item back and refund the buyer, you relist it to sell it again.
