buyer purchased 2 tems on 2 separate days. mailed the 2 in 1 package. now claims 1 never arrived.
Two skirts were auctions on two separate days. One buyer won both. Seller wrote to buyer offered to send both skirts to same address listed on eBay in one package to save postage for buyer . There should be documented eBay messages to support my communication with this seller.
Now a month later buyer reports to eBay one of the skirts she won is "still waiting for delivery " according to her eBay account. Of course it will not show the item was delivered because it did not have its own USPS tracking . Now buyer wants a refund.
I have no idea how to go about asking eBay to pull up our communication with this buyer.
