Buyer purchased 2 items, eBay has created 1 shipping label, items must be shipped separately!
Buyer purchased 2 large dolls (30" tall). If shipped separately, shipping charges are about $28.00 each which is what the buyer paid. eBay is automatically created only 1 shipping label. This would be fine until I change the size of the shipping box to twice the depth (combining the 2 boxes). Shipping charge for the 2 in one box (or taped together) is now $99! I am NOT going to eat $43 worth of shipping charges because eBay is automatically creating 1 shipping label. How do I create 2 shipping labels, 1 for each box? Thank you for any advice on resolving this!

Mentor2 years agoYou can print up to five labels for five boxes per listing. Print the first label and you will see the option to print another.
