buyer purchase history empty

Question

Looking for a listing of the 2022 purchases that I made and my purchase history is empty. is there some way to refresh this, i made a good number of purxchases in 2022 and it is empty. help!

@unkklek Go to the top of your Purchase History, after "See orders from", enter 2022.

Make sure you are signed in to the correct account if you have more than one. See if the purchases appear on your feedback page.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Try viewing your Orders on your Summary page to rule out a page issue.

Try viewing your purchases on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com to rule out a site issue.

Try searching for purchases on your Purchase History page by title keyword; sometimes a search can find a listing that may not appear when viewing an entire year.

It is possible to download some basic transaction information here:

Reports take a week to generate and you must use the link within a week of it being made available or else it will expire.
