Buyer Providing Shipping Label
As a seller, how do I accept a shipping label from the buyer. It sounds like they own their own business and want to utilize their own label.

Whoever provides the shipping label is the sender of record and can change where the package goes until delivery is made. If tracking does not show delivery to the address included with the original purchase, the seller loses all protection in case of an "item not received" claim.
You also do not know if the buyer is actually entitled to use that shipping account. If not, the company whose shipping account it is may want to know why you are using their account and may seek reimbursement from you.

You cannot use a buyer's shipping label.
YOU would need to ship the item so that there is tracking information on Ebay.
