Buyer provided wrong shipping address on
Package was returned stating undeliverable at address provided. I contacted buyer to clarify address which was slightly different. As far as I can tell, I was charged twice for shipping unless I get refunded at a later date. Does anyone know how this should be handled? I don’t think I should be responsible for the 2nd shipment. Thanks in advance for advice.

Mentor1 year agoSince the buyer made the error in supplying a current SHIP TO address, you should have asked the buyer to repay to reship to the corrected address, either through Paypal, Venmo, or whatever you agree on. ebay cannot force the buyer to repay, so ask the buyer nicely since you already paid for that second label.
