Buyer Provided Wrong Address
How do I invoice a buyer additional shipping fees for a package returned to me because they provided the wrong address. But they still want the item.

Mentor3 years agoUse the CONTACT BUYER link to ask for the buyer's Paypal email address. You can then send an Invoice for the shipping to the buyer using Paypal, and get their corrected ship to address as well.
