Buyer provided old address for my shipping label and now the item is being returned to me
Buyer blamed me for shipping to the wrong address, stating that it was her old address and she has since moved. However, the shipping label had the wrong address and there’s no way I could have known otherwise. Now USPS is showing that the package will not be forwarded to her new address and is being sent back to me. Do I now have to pay for shipping to her correct address? Or is she supposed to get a refund if she doesn’t want the item anymore? I tried contacting her but she hasn’t responded to me.
