Buyer provided incorrect address; item was “returned to sender “ by post office for “insufficient ad
Question is, as the post office returned the package to me for insufficient address, I contacted buyer and was given the correct address. He had forgotten to include the apartment number.
Do I just hand write the correct address on the original label and take it to the post office again, or does the buyer need to purchase another label? If buyer decides he doesn’t need it after all, do I refund just the amount of the item and tax, and keep the amount spent on the postage?Buyer paid original shipping.
