buyer protection. seller warranty not being used
hi. iv purchased an item with buyer protection. the item has a 12 month warranty which the seller is not keeping to as the items are faulty. ebay customer support is shocking. i need to speak to a person jot a bot that has no idea what my needs are. iv been trying for months now. how do i get my money back.
