Buyer Protection Issue
An order did not get to my buyer on time due to Ebay policy to ship merchandise to a 3rd party before sending it to my buyer. The buyer requested a refund. I just appealed the case which was closed/resolved without seller consent. Any advise?

Late arrival makes an item not as described, so you should have accepted the return. If the buyer had to ask eBay to step in, eBay will decide based on the money back guarantee, so there’s really nothing to appeal.
