buyer protection
purchased a statue and it came in pieces to put together, it doesn't fit so i selected that as a reason to return for refund and the seller denied it. ebay says that that option gives the seller the chance to refuse the return and my case is closed. i tried appealing and they say case is closed. So because i didnt say the item is broken im out and my buyer protection is being violated.

Sorry, but since you provided the wrong reason the case was closed and Ebay can no longer help you.
You can try filing a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal to process your payment or contact your payment source.
