Most likely, the buyer is a scammer who asked for your email address. When you obliged, the buyer created a fake mockup of a "you've been paid" receipt. If you wish, you can forward that scam/spam to spoof@paypal.com
This is why eBay only allows communications through the eBay platform and requires checkout through eBay.
In reality, you have not been paid. A buyer has four days to pay. On the fifth day, go to your sold items page and cancel the sale, using the reason "buyer hasn't paid".

That will let eBay know that the buyer is a problem. eBay will reverse your final value fee and you can relist or make a second chance offer to the next highest bidder, if there was one.

Buyers must go through the Ebay checkout process when paying for their purchases.

Mentor3 years agoIt is not a real PayPal email - the buyer is trying to scam you. Never give buyers your email address - they have no need for it.
Wait 4 days then cancel the transaction as unpaid.
