Buyer problem from 5months go
I had an international buyer, when she recieved this she contacted me and stated she could not afford her customs and taxes and requested a refund. I told her when I recieve this item back I will refund full amount, Ive never recieved this item back, this was purchased in August. I just got email from her again demanding refund I have no way of contacting ebay regarding this I've tried. HELP, I'm very concerned as this person continues to contact me and demand refund. I have blocked her as a buyer, I thought it was over haven't heard from her in months now shes back. What should I do??
