Buyer Potentially Scamming Me
So I recently sold a unopened box of Panini football cards. The box was factory sealed, packed in a sealed bag and wrapped in bubble wrap. The cardboard box it was sent in had extra tape sealing all openings. The buyer asked for a refund and stated when he opened the box packs were missing.... It seems line Rip, Regret, Return.
Ebay does a good job of protecting buyers but what about protecting sellers from buying high ticket factory sealed boxes only to ask for a refud later by claiming it was already opened or missing????
