Buyer Postage vs What Buyer Paid
I have a buyer who paid $9.77 for postage on an item she purchased on eBay. My "order details" indicates the buyer did pay $9.77. But when her package was to be delivered she got a note stating she paid only $6.98 and that her postage was deficient by $8.63.
How do I resolve this?
Please note: I weighed the package & measurements before I entered the shipping info for the label.
