Buyer placed item on hold
Help. Buyer claims item never came. I have a signature that it was delivered. No options for me to have eBay step in and help. How do I contact eBay about this?

As long as you shipped to the exact address in the Order Details, you should be good.
If the Buyer opened an Item Not as Described refund request, it is critical that you enter/verify the tracking number into that request within three business days. Once eBay can see that the tracking shows a successful delivery to the correct address, eBay should close the case in your favor. It takes eBay about 10 days to close the case. There is no need for eBay to step in.
