buyer pickup
I sold an item to a buyer who paid for it online through ebay and paid for shipping. I had the item listed as optional pickup. The customer decided to pick up the item instead. He did not have a qr code or 6 digit code and the code was not on any of his emails. I drew up a sales receipt and delivery agreement which we both signed. We both have copies. What do I have to do now to show ebay tht the item is now in the customers hands (delivered)

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the item and select Mark as shipped.
In the future, I would suggest cancel/refund the buyer, relist the item, and have the buyer select Local Pickup. That way, ebay will send the byer a QR-code/6 digit code for you to enter when the buyer picks up the item.
