Buyer picked up item instead of having it shipped
Buyer picked up item, but as seller I only have the option of shipping. Buyer has stated in Messages that he has picked up item. How do I resolve this so I can get paid?

If the Buyer chose local pickup at checkout, eBay would have sent the Buyer a QR code for you to scan on pickup. Plus eBay would have sent them a six-digit code to enter manually into the transaction instead. The six-digit code might have been sent to the Buyer's personal email address. There is still time to enter that code to prove pickup.

If this is for the nut cracker, that listing shows local pickup as an option. You could contact eBay to ask if there is a way to let them know it was picked up.
