Buyer picked PWE shipping but value over $20 and Ebay wont allow me to do PWE
I sold a $22 card but the seller was able to select PWE envelope shipping. Now EBAY is telling me I can only do a USPS Ground label for over $5 because the value was over $20. I cant change to envelope shipping and forced to do ground but the buyer paid .78 for envelope. What can I do to change to envelope? How was the buyer even allowed to pick envelope shipping if the value was over $20? Thanks.

They were able to choose it because you offered that shipping.
Since the price went higher, that shipping became unavailable to ship with.
You will have to ship it with a stamp and no tracking or you need to pay for ground advantage. You cannot ask the buyer for more money.

OP1 week agoI do realize you cant ship for over $20 but why did Ebay not block out PWE shipping and force the buyer to pay for Ground. It doesnt allow me to pick envelope so it should know not to allow buyer to pick envelope.
