First listing. I put buyer pays shipping. Ups. My item sold for 50, I just paid 43.00 for shipping label. Ebay says buyer paid 0 for shipping and my net after fees is 3.99? Please explain to the noob. Thx...

Your listing stated "Free shipping", so the buyer pays no shipping.

If your item sold for $50, you pay for the shipping plus Ebay selling fees.
