Buyer pays, returns for refuind, then buys same thing again?
I sold an item in December but the buyer returned it for a refund. I relisted the item and this week the same buyer (With different handle) bought the same item again! It is impossible to connect with Ebay, but I need guidance regarding what to do. Thanks
