Buyer pays calculated shipping cost range no longer displaying on draft listings
Previously after I entered the weight and dimensions of an item into a draft listing with the calculated shipping option selected, eBay would display a price range under "Buyer Pays" for the potential shipping cost. I am using the desktop website and am quite tired, so it's very possible there's something obvious I messed up that is causing this issue. Any help is appreciated.

OP8 months agoNevermind, I found the source of the problem. For whatever reason our item location setting got changed from our city, state, and zip code to just United States.

Mentor8 months agoSince eBay shows the buyer the shipping based on their zip code the draft cannot show any range of shipping charges since it does not know the buyers location.
