Buyer Payment Requirements
This buyer payment requirement is for the birds! I've unchecked the first two bullets under BUYER payment requirements and some of my buyers are still getting items automatically paid one hour after auction end before I can combine shipping. As a buyer, I'm having a hard time convincing sellers they need to go change the buyer settings. This has been a very frustrating road for me as a collector and a seller. Can eBay NOT default the settings to require buyers to provide payment information? This is great for large or free shipping items but not for small items that can be combined for shipping like jewelry and baseball cards.
