Buyer payment issue
Hello, first time seller and it has been nothing less than frustrating. Setting up my Auction went smoothly. The winning Bidder seems to be stalling, not paying. He keeps asking for more photos of the item when the photos I had on my listing were spot on. Sent Buyer 5 more photos and his reply was, more photos. Can I cancel buyer and offer to runner up?
I know winning bid has up to 4 days to pay but this seems fishy.

Just to add.
Being you are first time seller, couple other things to keep in mind:
New seller are often targets for bad buyers. Hate to say that, but it happens.
If it were me, I know I would be cautious of anyone asking for lots of pictures after a sale.
Chances are if they do pay and you send the item, they are going to find some other issue with it and want to return it/refund it. And you have to know this going in:
No returns does not mean they cannot get a refund. If they have a problem with it and try to get a "partial" refund, offer a return, pay for a return label instead. Whatever you do, don't ignore it, and don't let eBay step in. They will refund the buyer and let them keep it.
Being its an expensive item and your first item, your risk here is high, that's all I'm saying. I have been selling on the platform for a long time, but even I get some sketchy buyers occasionally.

Did s/he ask you to send the photos to a phone # or email address? That is a common way for scammers to get your number/address and send a fake payment message.
