buyer payment
I accepted an offer from a buyer. She tried to pay and the payment was the original fee, not the offer fee. She emailed me about her difficulty. I tried to send her and invoice, but eBay will not send an invoice for an international sale. She is in the UK.
What can I do?

Mentor2 years agoIf the listing is using ebay International Shipping, the buyer will receive an invoice that includes item price + domestic shipping + sales tax + international shipping + customs fees. With all of the extra fees the buyer might think s/he is paying the original price, but s/he should look closely and examine the ITEM PRICE on the invoice.
