Buyer paying return postage
I want to accept a return but I want the buyer to pay postage it doesn’t give me the option where he requested a return also I paid $60 out of pocket to send it to him but it won’t let me send him a photo of the receipt

What is the reason for the buyer's Return Request?
If the buyer has a valid reason for the return per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, then you would be responsible for the return shipping costs.

·1 year agoWho pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return. If it’s an item not as described case, you are required to pay shipping. If it’s a remorse reason, such as changing their mind, normally they would pay return shipping.
