Buyer paying less that full shipping cost.
Is there a way to view an original listing. My buyer is sending less than what is required for shipping. THere was no agreement for free or discounted shipping. How was this approved? The system is now expecting $60 more for shipping.

What did you enter for the package dimensions when you listed? There is a surcharge for packages over 30†or over 2 cu ft.
